At WJapan, we are dedicated to providing high-performance sports gear that meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your WJapan account and select the order containing the sports equipment or apparel you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, competition-ready condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
